Product Description | DNase I is an endonuclease that digests single- and double-stranded DNA to oligonucleotide containing a 5' phosphate and 3'-hydroxylated ends. Both single- and double-stranded DNA are degraded by DNaseI. It is an essential enzyme for the efficient digestion of DNA during RNA purification, suitable for all molecular diagnostics and in vitro mRNA synthesis applications. Expressed in an E.coli strain with DNaseI gene isolated from bovine pancreas. |
